DAILY ROUTINE: Date, Brain Gym (sombrero de pensamiento), Spell three words, Copy Homework.

 SUBAREA

Goals and decisions.

DESIRED OUTCOMES (PLOS)
 Uses recognizable letters when writing familiar words.
 Recognize mixed messages.
Uses a goal-setting process.

DESIRED EVIDENCE (final products): Answers on their notebook and illustration of their working in group.
ACTIVITIES: 1.In pairs talk about what are mixed messages. (15min.)
2. Try sending out and receiving mixed messages in pairs, one speaks and the other listens. Look at your friend in contempt and say “You are really nice” Look angry and say “I´m not angry”.(10min.)
3. Answer: Was it easier to believe the verbal or the nonverbal message? (2min.)
3. Post in Facebook your work. (10min.)
4. Copy on your vocabulary notebook, vocabulary words 1 to 5 week 40 one time. (mixed vegetables, mashed potatoes, roll, baked potato, steak) (10min.)
5. Write the homework on homework section. (10 min)

3. Compare it with another story, TV program  or movie and illustrate it using the iPad . ( 20 min. )

5. Copy on your vocabulary notebook, vocabulary words 6 to 10 week 40 one time. (sundae, egg roll, strawberry,  shortcake, biscuit, jelly) ( 10 min. )
